Practice openness and honesty in all your dealings. Conduct yourself with respect for persons and property.
Travelling with respect gains you respect among the host community. Give respect and take respect.
Remove all excess packaging - waste disposal is difficult in remote places and areas with special concern.
Try to localize yourself with the help your operator. And show your concern to indigenous culture and life.
Ask your tour operator if there are useful gifts that you could pack for your hosts, local people or schools.
Try to be in a dress code which is accepted by all. Good dress codes always bring respect for travelers.
Avoid alcoholic products, drugs, cigar and other intoxicants. Enjoy your trip with perfect choice and meaning.
Avoid plastics and other products which harm nature. Turn your earth green for coming generations.
Hire a local guide - you'll discover more about local culture and lives, and they will earn an income.
Respect local cultures, traditions and holy places - if in doubt ask advice or assistance or don't visit.
Use public transport like buses, hire a bike or walk when convenient - it’s a great way to meet local people.
